We have 2 girls who have accumulated a few bows over the years! I've tried all sorts of different ways to keep it all organized from baskets, bags, and organizers. However, none of them worked for more than a few days. I tend to fix their hair downstairs and I needed something I could put where the big girls could reach it but not the little one. This is in a small hallway on the opposite side of the baby gate from where the little one spends her time. The girls can easily reach this to put their own things away. This also keeps the bows from getting smooshed.
It is just an over the door shoe organizer. This particular door didn't have the clearance for the metal hooks so I used command strips and zip ties. The headband holder is an oatmeal container covered with a receiving blanket and the ends are tied with rubber bands. The grip from the blanket keeps them from falling off. All of the pockets are great for organizing clips, pony tail holders, sprays, and bows for holidays that don't need to be out all of the time.
